What Youll Do
- Conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on records and clinical interviews
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based mental health treatment, counseling, and crisis interventions
- Document all treatments, assessments, and evaluations accurately in medical records
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information
- Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive inmate care
- Support the mental health needs of inmates in a psychiatric inpatient setting
What You Need
Required:- KS LSCSW or LCPC licensure
- US citizenship (for ICE clearance)
- Experience in inpatient psychiatric or related mental health settings
- Ability to work 40 hours/week with flexible schedule availability
Preferred:- Previous inpatient psychiatric experience
- Strong knowledge of psychological counseling techniques
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
