What Youll Do:- Conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on clinical interviews and available records
- Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans tailored to inmate needs
- Document all treatment and evaluation activities accurately in health records
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
- Provide psychological counseling, crisis intervention, and mental health support to inmates
- Apply knowledge of psychological theories and techniques to deliver effective care
- Collaborate with facility staff to ensure comprehensive mental health services
What You Need:- Valid drivers license and Social Security Card for facility clearance
- Prior experience in mental health counseling or therapy preferred
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment and treatment techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, confidential environment
