What Youll Do:
- Conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on available records and clinical interviews
- Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans tailored to inmate needs and functioning levels
- Document treatment activities and evaluations accurately in health records
- Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and mental health assessments
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
- Apply psychological counseling techniques effectively within inmate cases
- Collaborate with correctional staff and healthcare teams to ensure optimal mental health services
What You Need:
Required:- Valid license/certification in mental health (specific credentials not listed)
- Experience in mental health assessments, crisis intervention, or counseling preferred
- U.S. Citizenship (initial facility clearance takes 3 weeks)
