What Youll Do- Conduct mental health screenings and assessments with inmates based on records review and interviews
- Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans tailored to inmate needs
- Document all treatment activities accurately in healthcare records
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
- Apply psychological counseling theories and techniques effectively
- Provide mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive inmate care
What You Need- Valid state license in mental health therapy or related field
- US Citizenship (required for ICE clearance)
- Ability to perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and document accurately
- Strong communication skills and cultural competence
- Experience with inmate populations and mental health crisis intervention preferred
