Full Time PPMHS Mental Health Therapist (Haitian-Creole or Spanish)Are you passionate about supporting expectant mothers and promoting positive mental health? Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County is seeking a compassionate, dedicated full-time Mental Health Therapist to provide impactful counseling services to clients throughout Palm Beach County through our Prenatal Plus Program. Therapy services are provided in clients' homes, in our office, in private community settings, and via teletherapy. In this role, you will have the opportunity to directly support expectant mothers, helping them navigate the unique challenges of pregnancy and prepare for the transition to parenthood. What We're Looking For:Master's degree in Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling, with active pursuit of licensure as a Florida State Registered Intern in the corresponding specialty areaDemonstrated experience providing psychotherapy to adults and/or families, including assessment, treatment planning, and documentation in accordance with professional standardsAbility to establish and maintain therapeutic rapport while exercising sound clinical judgment Working knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing; additional training or certification is a plusBilingual proficiency in Haitian Creole or Spanish strongly preferred to support culturally and linguistically responsive care What We Offer:Our work environment offers flexible hours, Monday through Friday, with scheduling based on client and program needs.
