About the Role:Nurtured Roots Counseling (Munawar LLC) is seeking a fully licensed Mental Health Therapist to join out team!
We are looking for someone who is interested in working with couples/ family systems who will maintain a balanced outpatient caseload within a practice with flexibility of scheduling.

Responsibilities:- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions to clients with a range of mental health concerns
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, whole-person care
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with state licensure requirements
- Participate in case consultations, supervision, and ongoing professional development
Requirements:- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Active Wisconsin state licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) - Fully Licensed Only
- Experience and confidence in working with couples and family systems
- Experience providing evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Comfortable working with adolescents (14+) and adults in individual and family settings
- Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communicative skills
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and manage a diverse caseload while maintaining client-centered and culturally responsive care
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred
- Ability and willingness to work with a multidisciplinary team
