Duration- till 12/31/2026 with possibility of Extension
Shift hrs- Day & Night Shift are available :
6am to 6:30pm / 6pm to 7.30 am (12 hours a day and 3 days a week)

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Technicians to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys providing direct care, behavioral support, and helping individuals build independence and life skills.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct care, behavioral support, and habilitation services
- Follow individualized Support Plans (ISPs) and active treatment goals
- Assist with daily living activities and promote independence
- Support vocational training and work-based activities
- Monitor and document changes in behavior, health, and daily needs
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment
- Communicate with families, guardians, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Support and train new staff on treatment strategies and care plans
- Maintain compliance with facility, safety, and regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience with individuals with disabilities, behavioral health, mental health, caregiving, or direct support is a plus
