Our Clarksville clinic is growing, and we're looking for passionate, authentic mental health professionals who want to help us expand access to quality care throughout Middle Tennessee.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking Psychologists (PsyD, PhD) and Therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) who bring their own personality to the work. Our ideal clinicians are compassionate, creative, collaborative, and comfortable being authentically themselves. A sense of humor doesn't hurt either!
At Ellie, clinicians have flexibility in scheduling and caseload management, opportunities to develop specialties, and a supportive team environment designed to help them thrive.

  • Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, or families

  • Fully licensed clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels
What You'll Do
  • Complete diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide outpatient therapy using creative, evidence-based interventions
  • Complete timely case notes, treatment plan reviews, and other required documentation
  • Full-time clinicians maintain at least 27 client visits per week
  • Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, case managers, and other professionals as appropriate
  • Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and team activities
  • Help us continue identifying and filling gaps in our community
  • Other important stuff we inevitably forgot to put on the list ;)
