Mental Health Coach Team Leader

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a Mental Health Coach Team Leader for a full-time role. This fully remote position is responsible for providing support and guidance to our team of mental health coaches as well as supporting the entire Clinical Management Team. Team Leaders also provide virtual or telephonic assessment, mental health coaching, Text therapy and Virtual support groups, case management and guidance to participants who utilize the program.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide Support to Clinical Management in Day-to-Day Operations of the Coaching Department, Productivity, Quality of Service Delivery, Training, Documentation, and Staff Appointment Scheduling
• Provide Guidance, Support, Consultation, and Coaching to a Team of Mental Health Coaches
• Collaborate with Clinical Management and Client Services Team in Responding to Complicated Service Inquiries/Complaints
• Assist with Quality Assurance Including Documentation Review, and Case Audits
• Communicate with Plan Sponsors Regarding Delivery of EAP Coaching Services
• Assist with Training and Development of New Coaches and Deliver Continuous Trainings on the Implementations of New Services, Products, and Accounts
• Provide Support with Service Delivery Including Assessment, Consultation, and Referral Services to Employees/Members of EAP/MHSA Clients Through Coaching Access Points
• Perform Timely Follow-Up with Member/Plan Sponsors and Providers to Coordinate Resource Allocation and Determine the Impact of EAP Services
• Maintain Accurate and Complete Records in Compliance with HIPAA and Ethical Guidelines
• Manage a Team of Coaches, Including Addressing Performance Issues
• On Call Via Pager Per Scheduling Needs of the Team
• Assist with New Product Development and Oversite as Assigned

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Master''s or Doctorate Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (E.G. - Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
• Minimum Five (5) Years of Post-Graduate Clinical Experience
• Independent Clinical State License to Practice (E.G. - LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, Etc.)
• Minimum One (1) Year Coaching Experience and Previous Supervisory/Management Experience Including Training, Goal Setting, and Performance Improvement
• Excellent Communication, Time Management, and Multi-Tasking Skills
• Ability to Critically Assess and Resolve Complex Clinical and Service Issues
• Fundamental Understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite and Contact Management Systems
