Description

Location

This position's primary place of work is our Broomfield office at 5760 W. 120th Ave., Suite 120. The office suites are clean and modern, with easy access from W. 120th.

The Opportunity

Lead a clinical team at one of Colorado's fastest-growing private-pay therapy practices. As Clinical Manager of our Broomfield location, you'll have direct ownership of clinical quality, therapist development, and team performance, with a seat at the leadership table of an award-winning practice in active growth.

This is a hybrid clinician-leader role. You'll carry a caseload of 15 sessions a week while leading and developing the clinical staff at the Broomfield center. The position reports to Amy Lowe, Director of Clinical Teams, and offers a clear path to Clinical Director.

Broomfield is one of five CWC locations across Colorado's Front Range. You'll join a collaborative group of Clinical Managers and Directors who represent each location and report to the Director of Clinical Teams. You won't be building in isolation. You'll have peers who understand the work, share best practices, and support each other.

This isn't a senior therapist role with a management title attached. It's a true leadership position for a clinician who wants to build something: someone who understands what it takes to develop therapists, drive clinical excellence, and grow a practice.
