A non-profit organization dedicated to combating homelessness is seeking a mission-driven LCSW to join their program. This is a full-time role, Mon-Fri 8-4:30. Length of assignment is flexible; temporary, temp-to-perm, or direct hire. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive, ongoing assessments of participants' mental illness, physical health, housing status, and other relevant needs. Provide direct clinical services to clients on an individual and group basis, operating both in the office and in community settings. Facilitate treatment planning groups and collaborate with clients to set goals focused on personal growth, wellness, and recovery. Consult with and act as a liaison to community agencies, providing appropriate referrals and maintaining coordination in the treatment process
