Memory Systems Engineer

We have an incredible partnership with AMD, a powerhouse in the chipset industry, and are looking for a qualified Memory Systems Engineer to make a direct impact on hardware validation! This is a great opportunity for those looking to grow their skillset and play an important part in a Fortune 500 company!

Employment Type: 1 year contract. We are happy to provide W2 employment along with standard benefits.

Pay: 85,000 to $100,000 DOE

The Role: For this specific position, you can expect to do hands-on hardware validation on DDR5 and LPDDR5x memory subsystems. Other responsibilities include:

• Execute electrical, functional, and system tests of memory sub-system test plans as part of a lab-based post silicon platform engineering team.
• Analyze and debug electrical and functional test data to drive into production SOC and system solution decisions.
• Develop technical test plans and tools to support platform level silicon bring-up and the validation execution.
• Supports lab functions including rework, inventory, & system test of platforms.

What We're Looking For:

• BS in Computer or Electrical Engineering (Advanced degree is a plus)
• 1 year of directly related experience
• Demonstrated experience with or knowledge using oscilloscopes, reading schematics and layout design files
• Good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate with a variety of engineering disciplines and management.
