Memory Health Program Coordinator Schedule: Part-Time 16 Hours | Tuesday & Thursday Position Summary The Memory Health Coordinator supports and coordinates memory care services for Residents with cognitive changes, promoting their physical, social, and emotional well-being. This role assists in delivering memory-related programs, provides guidance to team members, and collaborates with the Manager of Memory Health Services to ensure best practices in dementia care across the continuum.
