    MEMORY CARE NURSE ASSISTANT / MEDICATION TECHNICIAN

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Provide compassionate care and support to residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia
    • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, hygiene, mobility, and nutrition
    • Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and community policies
    • Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
    • Engage residents in meaningful activities that promote well-being, comfort, and social connection
    • Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
    • Follow all safety, security, and infection prevention protocols
    • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
    • Support the mission and values of Trinity Health through exceptional care and service

    Qualifications

    • Current Nurse Assistant and/or Medication Technician experience preferred
    • High school diploma or GED preferred
    • Valid driver's license in good standing
    • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
    • Compassion, patience, and respect for resident dignity and privacy
    • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences
