    Eligibility based on location

    Memory QMA Responsibilities:

    • To assist residents with dressing, bathing, personal hygiene, and grooming. To help make beds and empty trash.
    • To monitor and assist with medication provision, following standards established by facility policies and procedures. To properly

    document medication provision, services delivered, and, if appropriate, the residents condition.

    • To follow the instructions given by the supervisor and communicate with the supervisor on resident health questions/concerns as

    necessary

    Qualifications:

    • Must be licensed or certified by the operating state (FL) to administer medications through a QMA, CMA, or state-required med passing certification, and must maintain current and unencumbered certifications
    • CPR certified and/or first aid certified preferred
