We are currently seeking a compassionate, driven individual to join our team as a Memory Care Manager. 

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality services in strict accordance with state regulations and company policies. 
• Prioritize and ensure the comfort, safety, and overall well-being of our residents. 
• Execute strategic, non-clinical activities to optimize the facility budget and maintain census targets. 
• Lead and manage the recruiting process to attract top-tier talent. 
• Collaborate on team education, training initiatives, and staff retention strategies. 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED), required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field, preferred.
• Experience in managing staff, health care setting preferred.
• A desire to continue learning and improving your skill set.
• Passion and drive for helping others.
