We need someone who is: Creative, energetic & FUN Organized and able to take ownership Comfortable leading and supporting a team Passionate about dementia and memory care Able to plan activities, outings, parties & everyday moments that matter A self-starter who sees what needs to be done and gets it DONE Ready to love our residents like familyThis is a hands-on position - you'll be involved with our residents, families, staff, activities and the day-to-day magic of making Memory Care feel like HOME.We work hard at Riverway, but we also laugh a lot, love big and get the privilege of spending our days with some pretty incredible humans. This position is for someone who LOVES our oldies, brings the FUN, and understands that creating meaningful days is just as important as providing great care.
