What You'll Do
- Greet members, guests, and prospective members with exceptional customer service
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to member inquiries
- Contact leads through phone calls, text messages, emails, and follow-up appointments
- Convert prospects into members through tours and membership presentations
- Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and community outreach
- Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for every new member
- Assist members with questions and resolve concerns professionally
- Achieve individual and team membership sales goals
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience is required
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking with new people and building relationships
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals
