    ABOUT THE ROLE

    The Membership Services Coordinator will bring the Amara experience to life by developing, coordinating, and delivering timely, engaging, and professional communications that keep residents, members, guests, and prospective members informed, connected, and engaged with life at Amara Golf & Social Club.  Working closely with Club Leadership, Membership Services Concierge, and cross-functional departments, you will create member communications, promotional materials, digital content, event collateral, and informational resources that reflect the Club's luxury brand and commitment to exceptional hospitality.  Through thoughtful communication, attention to detail, and collaborative partnerships, you will help ensure every member experience is supported by clear, accurate, and meaningful information while providing a welcoming and professional presence within the Membership Services team.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Two (2) or more years of experience in hospitality, communications, marketing coordination, guest services, membership services, customer service, or a related customer-focused environment.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
    • Experience creating professional communications, newsletters, promotional materials, presentations, social media content, or other member- or customer-facing communications preferred.
    • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail, proofreading ability, and a commitment to producing polished, professional materials.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using communication platforms, email marketing software, design programs (such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite), membership management systems, or similar technology preferred.
    • Excellent organizational, project management, and customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and meeting established deadlines.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in fast-paced high-touch environments.
    • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
    • Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied schedules as needed.
