What You’ll Do


As a Studio Manager, you will lead daily operations while driving membership sales and creating a high-performance, positive studio culture:


  • Lead, coach, and motivate a high-energy team while setting the tone for an engaging studio environment
  • Drive membership sales by educating prospects and recommending personalized wellness programs
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a premium client experience at every touchpoint
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company standards
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, and performance of all studio staff
  • Maintain strong attention to detail while handling multiple systems and responsibilities simultaneously
  • Monitor studio performance, track KPIs, and ensure financial accountability
  • Execute company initiatives, programs, and operational strategies
  • Build community relationships through outreach and local engagement efforts
