Starting at $19 per hour plus commission on membership sales


Are you outgoing, motivated by goals, and comfortable picking up the phone? We’re looking for sales-focused team members who enjoy connecting with people, learning about their fitness goals, and helping them become part of our Club Pilates community.


This is an active sales position. You’ll reach out to prospective members, follow up consistently, recommend memberships, and help grow the studio while building strong relationships with our members.


Available Schedules


We are hiring for the following schedules:

• Weekdays: Monday–Friday, up to 30 hours a week. 
  
  
• Weekends only: Saturday and Sunday; hours based on the studio schedule

What You’ll Do

• Make daily outbound phone calls to prospective members and follow up through calls, texts, and emails.
  
  
• Book introductory classes, confirm appointments, and follow up afterward to help guests join.
  
  
• Ask thoughtful questions about fitness goals and confidently explain how our classes and membership options can help.
  
  
• Guide prospective members through membership pricing, answer questions, address concerns, and ask for the sale.
  
  
• Work toward individual and studio sales goals with consistent effort and follow-through.
  
  
• Keep accurate notes and follow-up tasks so every prospect receives timely, personal communication.
  
  
• Greet members, learn their names, and take an active interest in their experience.
  
  
• Support member retention by listening to feedback and communicating concerns to management.
  
  
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio.
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Someone who enjoys sales, starting conversations, and building relationships.
  
  
• Confidence making outbound phone calls and discussing membership options and pricing.
  
  
• A proactive approach—you look for opportunities to connect and follow up without waiting to be asked.
  
  
• Motivation to meet goals, grow the studio, and contribute to the team’s success.
  
  
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
  
  
• A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn from coaching.
  
  
• Reliable availability for one of the schedules listed above.
  
  
• Sales or customer service experience preferred; fitness or wellness experience is a plus.
  
  

You must be comfortable with daily phone outreach, membership sales, and consistent follow-up to succeed in this role.
