Every membership conversation must explicitly connect the prospect's participation to the YWCA's core mission: to eliminate racism and empower women, promoting peace, justice, and dignity for all. We do not separate sales from social impact; your ability to articulate how a membership dollar funds the mission is central to closing the sale. Success is measured by paid net new member enrollment, prospect conversion, and quarterly revenue growth.
