If you enjoy helping people, building meaningful connections, and providing outstanding customer service over the phone, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoAs a Client Success Specialist, you'll serve as a trusted resource for our clients throughout their journey with MSHP. You'll provide exceptional support through inbound and outbound calls while ensuring every client feels informed, valued, and cared for.Client EngagementWelcome new clients to MSHP and guide them through the onboarding process.Conduct outbound follow-up calls, appointment reminders, satisfaction surveys, and other client outreach initiatives.Answer inbound calls from clients, caregivers, and prospective clients with professionalism and empathy.Build lasting relationships through exceptional communication and personalized service.Client SupportAssist clients with questions regarding our services, processes, and available resources.Resolve routine client concerns while escalating more complex issues when appropriate.Accurately document all client interactions within company systems.Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.Administrative SupportKeep client records accurate and up to date.Assist with scheduling, data entry, and other administrative responsibilities.Support department initiatives, outreach campaigns, and special projects.Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement efforts.What We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.At least one year of experience in customer service, client support, healthcare, insurance, or a call center environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with Medicare beneficiaries, seniors, healthcare, or insurance clients.Experience using CRM platforms.Bilingual skills are a plus.What Makes You SuccessfulYou genuinely enjoy helping people and creating positive experiences.
