TRUE Community Credit Union is looking for a full-time Member Solutions Specialist to join our team. If you are passionate about helping people navigate financial challenges with empathy, integrity, and professionalism, we'd love to meet you.

As a Member Solutions Specialist, you'll be a trusted partner for members during challenging times. You'll help them navigate financial difficulties, create solutions that support their financial well-being, and protect their future while living out our people-first mission and values. Position Details

Location: Hybrid

Travel: 10-15%

Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Pay & Benefits

• $21.75 - $26.00 per hour based on experience

What You'll Do

• Welcome members with warmth and a service-first mindset
• Listen actively to understand members' needs and provide tailored solutions
• Assist members with delinquent accounts by creating repayment plans and offering guidance
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member concerns
• Manage repossession or foreclosure processes, when necessary, with professionalism and care
• Uphold TRUE's values in every interaction because people always come first

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required

• 1-2 years of related experience in customer service, sales, call center/phone-based support, collections, financial services, or a related field

Skills

Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and decision-making skills are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate can confidently navigate difficult conversations, analyze situations, recommend appropriate solutions, and negotiate repayment options with professionalism and empathy. They are detail-oriented, comfortable using technology, and able to interpret regulations while maintaining accurate records and delivering exceptional member service.
