Member Services Representative - Hybrid
Location: University City, San Diego, CA
Our client is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Member Services Representative to join their team in University City. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work both remotely and in the office after the initial training period. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, resolving member inquiries, and building positive relationships.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
Provide accurate information regarding benefits, services, billing, and account updates
Resolve member concerns professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience
Process account changes, enrollments, and documentation accurately and efficiently
Maintain detailed records in CRM and internal systems
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex member issues
Meet quality, productivity, and service-level goals while maintaining confidentiality
Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service or member services experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience using CRM systems and data entry
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is a plus

Contract to hire role
Onsite/hybrid role
Located in University City, San Diego
Compensation: $21.00-$23.00 per hour DOE
Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST
