As a Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members in regards to their accounts, billing questions, programs, or general customer service matters. Other responsibilities will include clerical duties such as processing requests for services, procuring forms and fees, processing outage calls, and accepting/processing member payments. As a Member Service Representative, you will be an expert at assisting members in a prompt, courteous, and efficient manner, while professionally representing MidSouth Electric Co-op.
