We are seeking professional Member Service Representatives for a 100% remote opportunity. In this role you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from providers, members, etc. regarding insurance related questions primarily for their Medicare population supporting Medicare Advantage plans.
100% Remote - equipment provided
Pay: $16 / hour (weekly pay + benefits offered)
Tentative start date: November 30th, 2026
Requirements:
1-2 years of recent Medicare Advantage experience
Must be able to pass background / drug screen
Must have open flexibility to work between the hours of 8am - 8pm CST, including weekend availability as needed.
