Turn Everyday Transactions Into Meaningful Member Relationships.
$18.00–$22.00/hour | Full-Time | In-Branch
At Chief Financial Credit Union, working in a branch is about more than completing transactions. It’s about creating a welcoming experience and helping members feel confident about their finances.
A member may stop in to make a deposit, open an account, ask about a loan payment, or get help using a digital service. Sometimes they know exactly what they need. Other times, they need someone who will listen, ask the right questions, and guide them toward the best solution.
That’s where you come in.
As a Member Service Representative I, you’ll be one of the first people our members see and someone they can count on for accurate transactions, helpful answers, and professional service. You’ll assist members in the branch and by phone, open and maintain accounts, and introduce products and services that can make managing their finances easier.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in getting the details right, and understands the importance of creating a positive member experience.
This is an in-person role where you’ll work alongside your team and assist members face-to-face and by phone. Being present in the branch allows you to build relationships with members, learn from experienced teammates, and develop a strong understanding of Chief’s products, systems, and service expectations.
We know your benefits matter, too. Chief Financial Credit Union offers a competitive benefits package designed to support you and your family, including:
In this role, you’ll help members with their everyday financial needs while creating an experience that feels personal, professional, and welcoming. You will:
Great branch service isn’t just about completing a transaction. It’s about making sure the member leaves feeling heard, supported, and confident about what comes next.
You’re approachable and professional. You pay attention to details and understand the importance of accuracy when handling someone’s money. You’re comfortable asking questions, explaining information clearly, and starting a conversation when you recognize another way Chief may be able to help.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
This position requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods, use computers and standard branch equipment, and occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 20 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential responsibilities of the position.
This is a full-time, in-branch position with a regular schedule of:
Monday–Friday | 8:40 a.m.–5:15 p.m.
Team members also participate in:
Rotating late nights until 6:00 p.m.
Rotating Saturdays from 8:45 a.m.–12:15 p.m.
$18.00–$22.00 per hour
Pay within the range will be based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
For many members, the branch is where their relationship with Chief begins.
Whether someone is making an everyday transaction, opening a new account, asking for help, or trying to understand their financial options, you have the opportunity to make that experience easier and more personal.
As a Member Service Representative I, you’ll do more than process transactions. You’ll build trust, help members find solutions, and create the kind of service experience that keeps them coming back to Chief.
You’ll also gain hands-on financial-service experience, deepen your knowledge of Credit Union operations, and build a strong foundation for continued growth within the organization.
If you believe great service means listening, helping, educating, and getting the details right, we’d love to meet you.
