About the Role:Teachers Credit Union is looking for a passionate and people-focused Member Service Officer to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK! In this role, you'll be the face of our credit union — building meaningful relationships with members and helping them achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional member service by assisting with account inquiries, transactions, and financial needs
- Open and maintain member accounts including checking, savings, and certificate accounts
- Process loan applications and assist members through the lending process
- Identify member needs and recommend appropriate credit union products and services
- Handle member concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and federal regulations
- Support branch operations including teller transactions and daily balancing activities
Requirements:- Prior experience in banking, credit unions, or financial services preferred
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of financial products including loans, deposits, and member accounts
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a member-facing, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with financial software and basic computer applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
