Member Contact Center Chat Consultant II

We are looking for a Chat Consultant to further support our Member Contact Center in conversations, chats, and phone requests we receive from members and potential members. This role will explain services, support with problems and concerns received, complete transactional requests, and direct chats and/or conversations to the appropriate areas when needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist members and potential members and potential members with requests, answer questions about products and services, and resolve problems within their authority.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to members via phone and offer products and services that meet the members' needs.
• Assist with projects and administrative tasks that are assigned to the Member Contact Center.
• Collaborate with Member Contact Center management team on testing newly created Banno conversation templates and tags before implementation in the live system.
• Assist in completing paid-off letters, payoff requests, Title company verifications for wire requests, etc.

What You'll Bring:

• One to three years of similar or related experience
• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Excellent listening and telephone skills
• Ability to operate a 10-key calculator, typewriter, and computer keyboard.
• Must be available to work Saturdays

Hourly wages range from $27.00 to $40.00 per hour depending on experience. Wages listed are for grade 8. Hybrid schedule begins after training has been completed and ability to work independently.
