What you''ll do
Develop Audience-Centered Content Strategies
Craft audience-focused content strategies that connect organizational priorities with the needs of God's children. You'll partner with stakeholders to identify meaningful outcomes, clarify communication objectives, and guide content efforts toward experiences that inspire faith and action. Working across channels and teams, you'll help ensure content is aligned, coordinated, measurable, and designed to help individuals come closer to the Savior.
Shape Audience Strategy and Communication Planning
Help organizations move from good intentions to meaningful audience outcomes. You'll identify audience needs through research, stakeholder conversations, and jobs-to-be-done analysis, translating insights into strategic communication approaches that support organizational objectives. Working with leaders, product managers, and channel managers, you'll develop communication and awareness plans that guide implementation across channels, ensuring messages reach the right audiences at the right time in ways that inspire understanding, engagement, and action.
Orchestrate Powerful Campaigns
Lead the development of audience-focused omnichannel strategies that amplify the message of the restored gospel. You''ll partner with product and channel managers to set inspired Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), oversee flawless implementation, and refine approaches based on performance indicators. Ensure channel planning stays true to our vision, priorities, and desired outcomes across all audience-related channels. When you spot potential misalignment, you''ll collaborate with senior leadership to course-correct with precision and care.
Foster Seamless Coordination

Pioneer Channel Innovation
Partner with product management to develop and launch meaningful audience-focused channels.
