You'll support membership retention efforts, collaborate with colleagues across departments, assist with special projects, and maintain knowledge of AHN programs, Salesforce, RingCentral, and accounting systems.OUR IDEAL MEMBER BILLING SPECIALISTBilingual proficiency in English and SpanishHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle as needed1+ years of customer service experienceStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressureFlexibility to work a schedule based on department needsAbility to sit at a computer for 6-8 hours dailyAbility to stand for 1-2 hours dailyAbility to perform repetitive hand and wrist movementsAbility to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. regularlyAt least one year of cash-handling experience, one year of experience using Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience with Accounting Seed and Salesforce are preferred.ABOUT USSince 2006, Access to Healthcare Network (AHN) has been dedicated to improving healthcare access across Nevada through innovative solutions, meaningful partnerships, and compassionate care.
