How You’ll Contribute:
Communicate effectively with customers to understand meeting and or event needs.
Work with staff on space setup and A/V needs.
Coordinate with the General Managers office on meetings and events, in addition to managing their office refreshment inventory.
Work with external suppliers and vendors.
Order and pick up supplies from grocery stores and other supply sources.
How You’re Qualified:
Six or more years of experience in meeting, event coordination, business services support, operations, or other relevant experience, including two or more years' experience in meeting or event coordination.
A degree(s) in event planning, hospitality administration, business or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
Driver's license
How You’ll Stand Out:
Experience in working with external/internal stakeholders.
Experience in customer service related to the hospitality industry.
