About the Role:
As a CBRE Meeting & Events Manager, you will be responsible for the management of a small team assigned to meetings, events & conference services.
This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the employees, clients and visitors of a designated building for one of our premier clients.
This is NOT a marketing role. This is a manager role overseeing the planning and execution of large meetings and events for staff and client meetings. This person will have 4 direct reports, leadership experience is critical.*Heavy Event planning experience would contribute significantly to one"s success in this role.
What You'll Do:
evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries and escalated complaints.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Events and Meeting Manager position is $95,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Meeting and Events Manager position is $110,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. *Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
