  • Provide MEDLOG inputs to annual assessments and campaign/Annex Q-related cycles; support required trip reports when directed.

MEDLOG planning support (Task Two)

  • Participate in and inform planning events (WG/OPT/OPLAN/CONOP and emergent planning) by providing coordinated MEDLOG assessments, opinions, and expertise.
  • Monitor doctrinal/policy updates (unclassified/classified as applicable) and advise on required adjustments to OFS/MARFORPAC policy, doctrine, or plans.
  • Provide MEDLOG-specific inputs for exercise plans and Annex Q products; coordinate planning alignment with sustainment realities and subordinate/adjacent MEDLOG elements.

Reporting, deliverables, and quality

  • Produce timely, analytically supported recommendations (e.g., gap/shortfall identification and mitigations; Class VIII status/readiness; program health; allied/partner capability assessments) and brief products when requested.
  • Deliver recurring reports (e.g., monthly status and quarterly reports) aligned to government formats/timelines and incorporate leadership feedback.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight on mission-critical/high-visibility work; experience across DoD joint service and international military/civilian logistics networks.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. Navy MEDLOG systems/reporting, including MAXIMO Logistics Command & Control.
  • Advanced proficiency with collaboration tools and Microsoft Office (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and strong written/verbal communication.
