Join Eaton at our new Greenwood, SC facility (517 Puckett Ferry Road) as a Medium-Voltage Wireboard Assembly Technician. You’ll assemble and wire medium- and high-voltage switchgear components and subassemblies that customers rely on every day.
You’ll begin your shift reviewing electrical/mechanical drawings and work instructions, then mount devices, route conductors, and complete precise wiring on indoor/outdoor assemblies. Using hand/air tools, step ladders, and cranes, you’ll handle heavy copper parts, verify torque and fit, and finish with meticulous inspection and cleanup. Throughout the build, you’ll document quality using ISO, customer, and internal checklists; flag Kanban shortages; collaborate with Engineering/Drafting on customer-driven changes; respond to change notices; and share your know-how by coaching teammates.
