    Medication Technician (Med Tech) Resident Assistant

     

    AM Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM

    PM Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

    NOC Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM

     

    Shift Differentials Available

    • AM: +$2.00/hr (Saturday & Sunday)
    • PM: +$5.00/hr (Mon–Fri) | +$7.00/hr (Sat–Sun)
    • NOC: +$4.00/hr (Mon–Fri) | +$6.00/hr (Sat–Sun)

    What You’ll Do

    • Administer medications accurately and safely in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
    • Document medication administration and monitor residents for side effects or changes in condition
    • Ensure proper handling, storage, and security of medications
    • Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding resident medication needs and concerns
    • Provide support with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed while promoting dignity and independence
