    At The Springs Living, our purpose is to change the way people think, feel, and experience senior living. At The Springs at Clackamas Woods, our Med Techs play an important role in supporting resident health and safety while building meaningful relationships with the people they care for.

    We’re looking for compassionate, dependable team members who take pride in doing things right and enjoy working as part of a supportive team.

    What you’ll do:

    • Administer medications and treatments accurately and according to each resident’s care plan.
    • Monitor and report changes in residents’ health, condition, or behavior.
    • Complete delegated clinical tasks such as blood sugar checks and insulin administration, as assigned.
    • Take and document vital signs and maintain accurate medication and resident records.
    • Communicate with nurses, physicians, pharmacies, and families as needed to support continuity of care.
    • Work closely with caregivers and other team members to provide consistent, thoughtful care.

    What you’ll bring:

    • At least 18 years of age.
    • Previous Med Tech, Med Aide, or medication administration experience.
    • Experience using an electronic medication administration record (eMAR) system.
    • A genuine interest in supporting older adults and building relationships with residents.
    • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
    • Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
    • Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

    Schedule:

    Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

    Set Schedules Available: Day Shift 6 AM to 2:30 PM

    Want to earn a little extra? Med Techs can volunteer to take the staffing phone for one week each month for an additional bonus.
