Job Summary and Qualifications

The Medication Management Alignment (MMA) Data Analyst works independently, with direction from the Manager, Pharmacy Engagement, to support development and maintenance of a central data product housing medication standards information. This role will collaborate with key pharmacy and data stakeholders to ensure data integrity, quality, and accuracy are maintained. Additionally, this role will provide miscellaneous data insights on an ad-hoc basis to support the implementation and maintenance of MMA Standards.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Maintain central data product housing medication standards.
  • Act as a liaison between multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure data quality is upheld.
  • Query and provide data report outs to leadership on an as-needed basis utilizing the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW)
  • Communicates relevant product information to user base and appropriate stakeholders.
  • Provides training and education materials for diverse user bases. Includes customer facing knowledge article publishing for users.
  • Gathers and documents business, user, functional and non-functional requirements for in scope products.
  • Cultivates an environment for ongoing practice improvement/organization learning
  • Work with vendors to ensure compliance with HCA IT expectations
  • Establishes and maintains data integration and quality between applications
  • Has the ability resolve simple to complex production support issues

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1 year(s) of experience in SQL and/or Google BigQuery required
  • 3+ year(s) of experience in clinical data preferred
  • Pharmacy operations experience highly preferred
  • Experience in a clinical setting preferred
  • Position located in Nashville, TN
