What You’ll Do
Administer medications: Safely provide medications according to physician orders and resident care plans.
Document accurately: Maintain clear and timely medication administration records.
Monitor residents: Watch for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns and communicate them promptly to nursing staff.
Provide hands-on support: Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence.
Build meaningful connections: Get to know our residents and create positive experiences throughout each shift.
Be part of the team: Work alongside supportive coworkers who value compassion, accountability, and teamwork.
What You’ll Bring
Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification valid in Nebraska.
Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in working with older adults.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation.
Dependability and a team-first attitude.
Availability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
