Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Contract Dates: August 31, 2026–December 19, 2026
Contract Type: Temporary contract through the end of the year
Rate: $16.91–$20.71/hour
Citizenship Requirement: U.S. citizens only
Assessment: Candidates must complete the Retail Store Temp Assessment through Glider
Training: Four weeks of paid industry training

Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Retail Store Customer Service Associate to support daily operations at a Medicare Center. This position will welcome customers, coordinate sales consultations, create customer accounts, maintain CRM records, answer telephone inquiries, and connect visitors with the appropriate Medicare sales or support resources.
The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and provides a professional and welcoming customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers entering the Medicare Center and determine the purpose of their visit.
  • Direct customers to the appropriate sales, service, or organizational resource.
  • Greet and assist customers visiting the center for Medicare sales or support.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and gather relevant customer information.
  • Coordinate and schedule Medicare sales-consultation meetings.
  • Create customer accounts and accurately enter information into the CRM system.
  • Explain expected wait times and provide alternative service options when appropriate.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional, and welcoming environment.
  • Work closely with the Medicare Center Manager to support smooth daily operations.
  • Prepare and submit daily operational reports to the corporate office.
  • Maintain adequate inventory of sales collateral, refreshments, and other center supplies.
  • Assist with general administrative, scheduling, and retail-store support activities.
  • Participate in corporate orientation, online training, classroom training, and job shadowing.
  • Follow established sales-process, customer-service, privacy, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications
  • U.S. citizenship.
  • Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
  • Ability to complete the full contract through December 19, 2026.
  • Ability to attend all required paid training programs.
  • Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Comfortable learning and using CRM and scheduling systems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with managers and team members.
  • Interest in helping customers understand available options and make informed decisions.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous retail, sales, customer-service, receptionist, administrative, or call-center experience.
  • Experience scheduling appointments or coordinating customer consultations.
  • Previous experience entering and maintaining customer information in a CRM system.
  • Experience working in insurance, healthcare, Medicare, benefits, or a related field.
