A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology or related field
- ASCP Certification (or equivalent) as either a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) OR Medical Technologist (MT) OR Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS).
