Join our new, contemporary clinical laboratory as our Flow Cytometry Lead, where you'll have the rare opportunity to scale and grow our flow cytometry program.
You'll lead the development of a new flow cytometry service by designing workflows, establishing standard operating procedures, implementing best practices, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care through accurate, timely, and reliable laboratory testing. Working alongside laboratory leadership, pathologists, physicians, and vendor partners, you'll help create a culture centered on innovation, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Min: USD $37.75/Hr. Max: USD $67.95/Hr. Salary Information: Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices.
