Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as a traveler at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
You will be required to complete proctored testing prior to attending orientation.
Documented professional development activities are required.
Knowledge of critical paths is required.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Charge nurse experience preferred.
Required Credentials:
A pass/fail ECG/telemetry test is required; one attempt is allowed, the passing score is 85%, and no remediation or re-sit is available.
Special Requests:
All RTO requests must be presented at time of submission.
Travelers who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health in a travel, permanent, or per diem role within the last six months will not be accepted; they must be separated from the facility for six months to be considered.
Shift & Scheduling:
Weekends and holidays expected.
On-call time worked is excluded from the contract-hour total.
Floating Requirements:
Will be expected to float to like units and overflow areas.
14 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
