• WILL TAKE LOCALS – Local rate applies for candidates residing within 75 miles.
• Up-to-date resume including 2+ years of experience in MS Stroke Stepdown and documentation of travel experience.
• Two recent MS Charge/Manager RN references required.
• Skills checklist matching specialty.
• A driver’s license with address matching demographic information.
• Current AHA BLS and NIHSS certifications required.
• NURSYS report for license verification with the ACTIVE NY RN license and all active RN licenses.
• RTO (Requested Time Off) must be included at time of submission.
• EMR Experience: EPIC

• Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Floating Required: Yes
• Scrub Color: Navy Blue

Unit Specifics

• Common Diagnoses: Stroke, altered mental status, renal, dialysis, COPD, CHF, isolation, general med-surg, pneumonia, pulmonary issues.
• Specialty Equipment Used: IV pumps, N/G tubes, feeding tubes
• Patient Demographics: Adults
• Number of Beds in Unit: 64
