What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care within medical-surgical units, adhering to all safety and quality standards
- Float between units of similar or lower acuity as needed
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data (preferred but not required)
- Initiate IVs, perform assessments, and document in EPIC electronic health record system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in weekend and holiday shifts, rotating through scheduled hours
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety procedures
What You Need
- Valid Ohio RN license and BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of medical-surgical RN experience; telemetry skill preferred
- Ability to float within units as needed
- Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and teamwork orientation
