Description
Title: LVN / LPN
Duration: 13 weeks
Address: 1425 Portland Ave Bldg 3 Rochester, NY 14621
Schedule: Night Shift 3*12s 36hours/week
Shift: 7 PM–7 AM (Nights), 12-hour shifts
Weekend: Every other weekend
Holiday: Every other holiday, as needed
Contract: 13 weeks; client may cancel up to 3 shifts
License: Active NY Single-State LPN license required; no pending licenses
Certifications: BLS required
Experience: Recent acute care experience within the last 2 years; must manage own patient assignment with RN support
EMR: Epic experience required
Patient Population: Medical patients with COPD exacerbation, infections, failure to thrive, and social issues
