Medical Receiving & Inventory Clerk
Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 7:30/8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Tulsa, OK | $15 - $21/hour, DOE

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Medical Receiving & Inventory Clerk to join a busy specialty healthcare team in Tulsa! This position plays a vital role in ensuring medical and office supplies are accurately received, organized, and distributed throughout the clinic. Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of medical and office supplies.
  • Unload deliveries and compare packing slips to purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
  • Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments.
  • Organize, stock, and distribute supplies to designated departments throughout the clinic.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient inventory receiving area.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail to clinic departments and the business office.
  • Prepare and meter all outgoing mail.
  • Accurately enter receiving and inventory information into computer systems.
  • Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Support and adhere to all company policies, including compliance with the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous receiving, inventory, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or stockroom experience preferred.
  • Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using computers and data entry systems.
  • Understanding of inventory control and receiving procedures preferred.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety practices is highly desirable.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and move packages as needed.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Dependable, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
