EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Minimum high school diploma; Bachelors degree preferred. 2 years of secretarial/administrative work experience, preferably in a hospital setting. Previous credentialing experience within a Medical Staff Services Department, CVO, Managed Care of Medical Group preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology. Experience with meeting preparation including minute taking preferred. Advanced knowledge of computer applications and MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook. Excellent oral and written communication skills with good customer service skills. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
