    Role Description The Medical Staff Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX. This role is responsible for coordinating the credentialing and re-credentialing processes for medical staff, including verifying qualifications, licenses, certifications, and references. The coordinator maintains accurate provider records, tracks due dates, and prepares documents for medical staff committees and accreditation surveys. Daily tasks include managing applications, responding to inquiries from providers and internal departments, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies, medical staff bylaws, and regulatory standards. The role also involves supporting medical staff meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and providing administrative assistance to medical staff leadership.
